Hello XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Does not seem to be something to worry so much about. Normal heart rate can be between 60-90 beats/min. Upper bother of up to 100bpm is acceptable provided you do not have any obvious medical condition like infection or heart condition. Your blood pressure is normal.
Anxiety or stress or idiopathic palpitation can cause an increase heart rate to 94. But to me, that is normal and nothing to worry about. Lightheaded might be due to anxiety. You need to consult with a cardiologist just in case you are too worried.

Best wishes and hope this helped
