Hi
Thanks for writing in
Usually if you are constipated and strain a lot or sit for more time on the toilet seat you get fatigued
Most antidepressants do cause constipation
Hope this helps
Do write back in case of concern
Wishing you a healthy life ahead

Well...it happens regardless of being constipated. Any other possibilities?

Hi
If you are not constipated get your Hemoglobin and Blood counts done
The only other possibility that comes in minds is either collitis and/or anemia
Do write back once reports are available
