I feel dizzy every month the past few months the day before and for 2 days into my period

I am Dr XXXXXXX and I will try my level best to address your concern.

The menstrual period is related to natural cycle of hormonal changes. Most of the female feels weak during menstrual period.

Now about the dizziness you are facing which stated few months ago is most likely a side effect cause due to prolonged intake of Xanax.

Here is what may help, try taking some high sugar and salt drink like coke / lemonade during dizzy spells.
Other solution is stop taking xanax.
