Feel Dizzy Every Month Before And After Periods. Cause?
Question: I feel dizzy every month the past few months the day before and for 2 days into my period

Now about the dizziness you are facing which stated few months ago is most likely a side effect cause due to prolonged intake of Xanax.
Here is what may help, try taking some high sugar and salt drink like coke / lemonade during dizzy spells.
Other solution is stop taking xanax.
