Hello.

Thanks for posting your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.

I see that your written symptoms is affecting your routine life. I am surprised why you have not consulted a allopathic physician in spite of no response with other methods, this long.

Looking at your symptoms and without examining you in person, it would be difficult to corroborate. I would need the following data before I can suggest you the best recommendations :

1. General Body Examination : Built, Weight, Height.
2. Any blood tests done in the past - Hemoglobin, Routine counts.
4. Diet intake everyday- Average intake of calories per day.
5. Any thyroid problems - past medical history/ thyroid tests.
6. Any long standing fever/any other symptoms/medical/drug history.

For now, I think the most commonest causes for your condition could be very physiological like Anemia or poor quality of your life environments, other causes will have to be ruled out successively based on tests and examination.

I would need you to answer me the above questions promptly, at the soonest possible time to guide you better. You can get the blood tests done mentioned in questions, if not done before.

Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that you have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer further apprehensions.

Awaiting your response.

Regards.

Hello Mr XXXXXXX

Thanks for the answers.

Let go one by one.

1. Your BMI is normal.
2. No anemia.
3. Diet needs some work. Put in fruits/dry fruits/make it balanced.
4. ? No thyroid problems - I meant tests. Thyroid function tests check on your T3 T4 and TSH levels. Did you do this.
5. Heavy heat inside your body ??? - I have to understand this as increased Basal metabolic rate. Hence, thyroid tests would help me rule that out.

Anyway. I am not sure completely why your body weakness is due to, and this means of checking on you without any clinical examination would not be complete.

I can sit here and debate another 5 reasons for your conditions like Vitamin D deficiency, Calcium deficiency, but is not the right medicine.

Hope you understand this. And get yourself a complete body check with tests and get examined by a good consultant physician.

Let me know how I can help further.

Thanks,
