Facing Problem Of Dribbling Of Urine After Urination. How To Cure This Disease?
Question: few drops lekage after urine.. it sometimes make me feel uneasy.. happening from last 2-3 days as never had before.. urine is clear and o.k but after that its leaking with white drops sometimes.. not very smelly

There are many causes for urinary incontinence namely'
1. Stress in continence.
2. Urge incontinence.
3. Mixed incontinence and
4. Overflow incontinence.
Your symptoms implies that you may be having 'overflow incontinence' where there is dribbling of urine after voiding (passing urine). Overflow incontinence could be due to
1. Outlet obstruction (problem in the urine outflow).
2. Atonic bladder (weakness of bladder or sphincter).
Enlargement of prostate can cause outlet obstruction and many conditions like Diabetes or vitamin B12 deficiency can cause atonic bladder. Any one of these conditions could be the reason for your symptoms.
You should consult an urologist who would be able to guide you on how to proceed further . Drugs like Tamsulosin and Finasteride are available for the treatment of prostate hypertrophy (if that is the cause).
