Question: Extreme vertigo episodes last 4 - 5 hours coming about every 3 - 4 days since 12/14. Hospitalized for 3 days where they ruled out stroke. HBH as high as 212/123. also had tachycardia. Now taking Losartan, Bystolic, Have type 2 Diabetes controlled with metformin. They told me it is BPPV, but I understand those episodes last about 5 minutes but mine last for hour.
