I am a 37 year old male.
College athlete, and very aware of physical health.
However over the last 3-4 months, I have been extremely tired, to a point that I am struggling with getting up. Many times causing me to miss my morning workouts. I have also lost energy to play and enjoy time with my 5 year old son. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this sudden energy loss, tiredness?

Hi there, thanks for asking. It is a very good question. The reason for the fatigue at this age are quite diverse. It could be related to depression since it is common in the college years. It could be related to sleep apnea if you have septum deviation or allergy. It could be related to some infectious diseases like hepatitis or other factors that doctors ask for some lab tests to assess it. It could be also related to low iron level or low B12 level if you are vegetarian. It could be also related to other another nutrition deficiency. Let me know if you have any question. I wish you a good health.
