Experiencing Pain During Intercourse And Ejaculation. Noticed Swelling And Redness On Penis. STD?
Question: Thanks Doctor XXXXXXX for answer , I am facing a new problem for last 2 days, I had intercourse yesterday and during the act there was pain in my penis, also during ejaculation there was pain, I used a condom, when I removed it, my penis turned red, and was little swollen. Next day I masturbated and same problem repeated, while ejaculating I had extreme pleasure and pain which I never experienced before. I am very scared, and reading all the articles for STD on net, I am confused and don't know what to do. Kindly help me.

1) Did you ever have any unprotected intercourse?
I never had unprotected sex before ,Yes I visited call girls few times but always used condom, after the act condom was intact always and also according to my knowledge I removed it in correct way. I was never involved in oral sex with unknown partner, also used condom few times while receiving.
2) Are you having any such complains while you are passing urine?
There is little irritation or burning sometimes , but it not very much. But frequency has increased a lot. Also urine color seems to be normal.
3) Where is the pain exactly located?
Its difficult to locate the area, outside the penis shaft there is no swelling or pain, when I retract the penis shaft, back of penis tip it is somewhat swollen, redish, whenever I touch it i feel some irritation/etching. I am able to retract the penis shaft easily without problem, but when I start rolling it while masturbation , the nerves become red, swollen and lot of etching across whole penis. Once I reach climax I feel intense pleasurable pain while ejaculating which I never felt.
4) Is there any discharge from the urethra?
I didn't get your question. Are you asking me from Tip of penis? If I leave the penis without touching there is no discharge, but sometimes when I urinate after that some substance like precum on tip, but not otherwise . I read one article on discharge which mentioned blue or green discharge happens , but In havn't seen any such problems.
Along with this I don't have any bumps or red marks or warts on penis. I you want I can take snaps in the next mail

I would really like to appreciate for describing your problem in such details.
From the description that you have given, it appears that you have an infection of your urinary tract probably urethra to be particular. It explains most of your symptoms. It can be an STD and it may be not as well.
You can do a urine microscopy and urine culture and sensitivity test to know the cause. Even it would be preferable to do a semen culture sensitivity.
Its not a major illness. It would require a course of antibiotics, probably ofloxacin for 5-7 days. Take plenty of water and the more you pass urine, the sooner the passage will get cleared off of the bacteria.
It may take 2-3 days. So be patient and do visit your doctor tomorrow for the urine tests and medication prescription. Until the drink plenty of water.

I understand what is going on in your mind.
If the complains do not settle down in 1-2 weeks that you should get a "Herpes Ag/Ab test" done. But mostly as you claim that you have always used protection, it is highly unlikely that it could be any STD.
If it is STD, yes it can recur and you need to take treatment when ever the exacerbation occurs. You will need to be cautious not to spread the infection to others. But its too preliminary to worry from this stage when there is no confirmatory proof.
Most probably with my experience, it is probably a routine good health,
