Brief Answer:
Typical Infection of the Upper resp tract

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

All of these symptoms point towards infection of the upper respiratory airway which includes nostrils, pharynx. Since the infection has not gone down into the throat and larynx you can still prevent this by home remedies.

I hope you are not allergic to any substance and you do not suffer from Asthma or sinusitis.

If not you can just pick TYLENOL COLD thrice a day, sip on warm liquids and salt water gargles. If the infection reaches the lower tract then you need oral antibiotics which can be bought with prescription.

Hope this helps.
