Question: I am a 62 yr old male approx. weight 190 . Experiencing fluctuating BP dizziness and fatique anxiety tightness in chest and pain in centr of chest. NOrmal BP 120 - 125.

Dear patient,

Thanks for your concern. The symptoms as a conundrum may very well be related to an anxiety disorder, such as a panic disorder, but the fact that you present also with chest pain is more concerning. Being male and over the age of 55 puts you at higher risk of cardiovascular events, so it is prudent to consult your physician to determine if additional investigation, such as an exercise treadmill stress test is required.
