Brief Answer:

I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I passed carefully through your concern and would explain that our symptoms may be related to a possible inner ear disorder.

I recommend consulting an ENT specialist for a careful physical exam and additional tests to evaluate the equilibrium managing system and also the hearing ability.

In addition, as the symptoms are aggravated by standing up orthostatic hypotension (although less probable) should be excluded.

You have to monitor your blood pressure values for a couple of days and also after getting the upright position.

You should discuss with your attending physician on the above-mentioned issues.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
