Brief Answer:
Neurological conditions to consider.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Symptoms you describe are most likely related to the nerves dysfunction than vascular diseases since the pulses are equal in both feet and there is no subsequent swelling or redness. Neurological conditions that may aggravate by certain positions include lumbar spine stenosis, spondylolisthesis, etc.

Yet, lesions of the well-located areas of the brain such stroke, tumors, etc. are possible too. In my opinion, getting evaluated by a Neurologist is a necessity step in order to achieve a more accurate diagnosis. Imaging studies also are necessary for this purpose.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
