Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the ecg report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with normal rate.

However there are some T wave inversions in precordial leads which needs evaluation as patient age is 60+. Echocardiography and stress test is advisable to rule out any underlying coronary artery disease.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
