Question: Shoot it to me straight , does vasoconstriction from adderall slow growth of penis . I know it hasn't been proven but what is your opinion if taken thru puberty would it cause the penis to be smaller? Took it ages 13-15.. also at age 16 almost 17 I took one shot of testosterone enanthanate 250-500mg would that shot have affected my penis growth negatively because of it shutting down natural production once it wore off? Be straight with me how long would it have taken for the shot to wear off and natural testosterone to kick back in please respond only with an accurate truthful answer. Did this shot stunt bone growth ? Please shoot me straight.

Brief Answer:
Adderall vasoconstriction doesnot hamper penile growth

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for giving an opportunity to answer your query.

Vasoconstriction caused by adderall does not hamper/affect the growth of penis and in no way related to this physical health.Though it is logically correct that reduced blood supply hampers the growth of organ supplied, this does not apply/get extrapolated since the body copes with collateral circulation or other ways and means of increasing the blood supply(homeostasis) when it reaches a critical point.

Adderall shall surely not interact with testosterone and can be safely taken.

When testosterone (at a strength of 250/500 mg) is taken during the pre-pubertal age this shall enhance penile health(shape, size, growth) and secondary sexual characters. But on the contrary if penile health is not normal this might be due to an underlying condition and needs detailed evaluation.I have not personally seen testosterone to deteriorate the penis in any of my patients so far.

Testosterone is used as a replacement during delayed puberty(to stimulate the HPA axis) and as a supplement in various conditions.Natural production donot halt/derange unless there is some disturbance in the hypothalamic pituitary axis.

Testosterone when used during the 13 -15 years initiates growth spurt and increases the rate of mineralization. There. There is a slight possibility of slowing down of the linear growth but does not cause stunting.

I hope this shall be fair enough and answers your question straight. Please feel free to reach for any further clarifications.

I took adderall ages 13-15 I took the testosterone shot age 16 almost 17 and I only took one dose and stopped. I didn't want to stunt bone growth or shut down natural production , how long until shot wore off and natural levels recovered it was 250-500mg testosterone enanthanate. Did this negatively affect penis growth? And vasoconstriction from adderall wouldn't slow penis growth?

Brief Answer:
One shot stimulates bone growth only

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back dear.

If you have taken a single shot then it is meant to stimulate the growth spurt and this definitely do not affect your bone growth. Nothing to panic. Retardation of growth is seen only and only in those who take shots for a prolonged period continuously(over 122-24 weeks). Single shot of testosterone is thrown out within a week's time from the body.

Testosterone do not affect the penis. It only improves the health of the penis and helps in its growth.

Vasconstriction from adderall will not slow penile growth. Definitely not since it does not affect penile blood vessels.

Hope I have succeeded in answering your query.
