Dear Ms

The heart rate is related to multiple factors . Every individual has a baseline heart rate ( heart rate which is measured at rest without any mental or physical stress ). Any physical stress or emotional exertion will increase the heart rate. Also the normal resting heart rate of majority of individual varied form 60- 80/ minute . Tiredness may sometimes reduce the hear rate.
