Brief Answer:
Unlikely to help

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Unfortunately stem cell therapy is unlikely to help in case of a person with foot drop due to stroke or for A-Fib.

Let me know if I could help further.

Would Stem cell therapy help heal the inside of the eye from a retinal detachment repair where a scar formed over the macula. I can see the BIG E on the vision chart. The surgery was thirteen years ago. I can see a little. The view is warped and for the most part - no color. It looks like seeing through wax paper. Thank you.
