Brief Answer:
probably not

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Marfan's syndrome may cause serious blood vessel problems like a dilated aorta. In such cases the fear of a ruptured aorta excludes thoughts about sports participation (particularly the intensive type of sports you've mentioned).
The decision should be individualized in close cooperation with your doctor. Light sport activity like walking or playing golf are acceptable. In some cases bicycling (in a level surface, low speed) can be acceptable as well.
Contact sports have to be absolutely excluded because besides the blood vessel problems it poses danger for the eyes and the joints.

So in conclusion, your doctor is the best person to decide the level of activity that seems appropriate for the teenager, by evaluating his medical history and current problems caused by this syndrome.

I hope you find my comments helpful!
