Prolonged pain at the operative site
Fever
Chills
Dizziness
Weakness
Numbness that can last several hours and at times come and go
Bleeding or drainage at the operative site

Itching is not a commonly reported complication but theoretically could occur in response to medications that were used or even materials used intraoperatively or preoperatively in terms of cleansing the skin or the body in preparation for the procedure. If you have an allergy for example, to iodine then, it is possible that itching in other parts of the body could be due to the use of povidone if it was used to sterilize or cleanse a body part as part of the surgical preparation.

However, as an unexpected side effect or symptom of the procedure I've not heard of such a thing occurring and especially in different parts of the body that might be unrelated to where the procedure was initially performed.
