Hi,

Yes, lupus may affect your colon.

However diseases like lupus can affect multiple systems, so there need to be associated problems or your blood workup should show tests which are suggestive of lupus.

These are photosensitive rashes, oral ulcers, blue fingers(raynauds), joint pains and swelling or a positive XXXXXXX

So any of these associated problems should be present for us to diagnose lupus as your primary problem.
