Brief Answer:
No contraindication due to accutane

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

You can safely give light therapy. There is no contraindication with accutane as it was given 12 years ago and therefore body would have got rid of it a long time back as terminal elimination half life of isotretinoin and its metabolites is just 22-24 hours.
