Brief Answer: Hi and welcome to XXXXXXX Detailed Answer: Thanks for the query. Ceratin degree of such difficulties is expected after such surgeries, but this shouldnt last longer than 3 weeks and it shouldnt be significant. There may be uro-infection after kidney stones if she has burning pain while urinating or fever so she should do basic urine analysis. Other causes may not be related to kidneys such as heart disease or thyroid hormonal disorder so this should be ruled out too. Wish you good health. Feel free to ask. Regards
