Brief Answer:
not likely...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

probiotics do not have any documented medical use. They are used to protect the intestine against certain antibiotics and there are some rather experimental uses like in irritable bowel syndrome (which may indeed cause bloating). You should have your thyroid function checked with a TSH measurement, your hematocrit with a complete blood count and a general check-up including urea, creatinine, electrolytes, etc.

If no organic cause of your symptoms can be identified then depression might have to be considered.

So in conclusion, I don't expect the probiotics to provide any relief in your case. You'd better visit your primary care physician for a check-up.

Kind Regards!

Brief Answer:
that's true

Detailed Answer:
This is absolutely true!

You've got to try to find some time - every day - for at least some mild exercise. Perhaps you can walk a mile or two when going to or returning from work. Watching your diet will also help. Try to avoid fatty food and sugar. Watch the ingredients of any food you buy. Avoid saturated fat at all costs and fat in general. Eat more fiber (salads, fruits, etc). Drink enough water (but not too much, let your thirst guide you).

If you can afford it, consult a dietitian for a more detailed and personalized approach.
