Brief Answer:
No adverse effect

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The primolut N, when taken for only 3 days in the conception al phase, is unlikely to have any adverse effects on the fetus.
When taken for long duration, around 15 days or more, then it can cause androgenic effects on the fetus.
In your case, there is nothing to worry.
You can continue with the pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
