Explained in detail

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

Your concern is appreciated

The drugs you mentioned limte hydralazine which is do have side effects like painful or diificult urination and it is also known to cause 20% of patient taking 400mg per day to develop systemic lupus erythmatosus syndrome some expert may suggest to check patients acetylator status
Renal side effects are more present in idiopathic systemic lupus erythmatosus immune complex glomerulonephritis is rare in drug induced lupus
Rarely it may cause rapidly progressing glomerulonephritis accompanied by anemia positive ANA titer and positive anti-DNA antibody titer.
Metoprolol is a selective beta 1 adrenoreceptor blocker renal side effects are not there as such although it can cause frequent mucturation concomitently given with hydralazine lead to increase concentration of metprolol
No dose adjustments are required in renal impairment
Finasterlide is steriod resuctase inhibitor
And it has definately effects on renal functions and its dose is adjusted in patient with renal insufficiency

Regarding decrease renal insufficiency other factors like old age as with age number of funtioning nephrons decreases and the enlarged prostate can cause back preasure on the urinary system and effect kidney fuction. So these all can contribute to the decrease renal functions.

Hope it helps
