Question: Taking garapentin 300mg twice a day. Am having anxiety attacks for past two days.

Anxiety attacks are best treated long-term with an SSRI antidepressant such as escitalopram or sertraline. They can be treated in the short-term with lorazepam or even higher doses of gabapentin.
