Brief Answer:
Yes, you should follow this treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:

1) SIPHENE is ovulation induction drug and it should be taken from D3-D7 as per your doctor's advice. It will help to induce ovulation.

DUPHASTON (from D16-D25) will help to induce and regularize your monthly cycle. Folic acid and vitamin supplements should be taken. These treatment should be continued for at least 6 months to get effective result.

2) You should involve in unprotected sex from D10 to D20 on alternative day i.e. D10, D12, D14 and so on. It should be maintained properly.

Ovulation occurs approx 14 days prior to next period due date. You can use ovulation prediction kit (LH Kit) in the middle of cycle to predict ovulation day. It is available in medical store and quite helpful.

You should prepare for that day also to maximize your chance of pregnancy. There is 20 to 25% chance of pregnancy in single cycle.

Hope, I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.

Brief Answer:
Chance of pregnancy is 20-25% in first month.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for follow up query.

1) Folic acid with vitamin supplements (like Vitamin B complex and E) should be taken for at least 3 months prior to conception.

2) Ovarian endometriosis or chocolate cyst of ovary should be treated properly if size is slightly large or problem in conceiving even after medical therapy.

Laparoscopic approach with excision of ovarian endometrioma is the mainstay of treatment in such case.

3) Chance of pregnancy is 20-25% in first month if you take those medicine and involve in unprotected sex during fertile period.

Hope, it helps for your information. Wish your good health and take care.

Thanks doctor for ur reply... My Ovarian endometriosis size is 0.5cm to 0.7 cm. i have done the following test also and the results are
LH 3.1 mIU/ml, FSH 5.5 mIU/ml , prolactin 9.3 ng/ml and AMH 1.80 ng/mL.. so with this cyst size can I conceive or any surgery is required?? And the above blood report range are enough to conceive along with siphene and duphaston. Please answer Doctor. I am little bit worried.

Brief Answer:
Normal hormone test report. No surgery required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,

Welcome back again.

Size of ovarian endometriosis is very SMALL and it DOESN'T cause any problem in conceiving if your cycle remains regular and there is proper ovulation.

Hormone test reports are quite NORMAL. You should continue above medicines (Siphene and Duphaston) to improve chance of pregnancy. Try to get pregnant naturally.

At this stage, surgical excision is NOT required in my opinion. Just follow previous advice as stated earlier.

Hope, it helps for your information. Good luck and take care.
