Does Intake Of Drotin Help In Curing Stomach Pain In An Infant?
Question: Hi doc my son is 2 years and 6 months old he is having pain in his stomach our family doctor told to give drotin suspension whether it will help or I should go for decolic. kindly help

Since both this drotin suspension (drotavarine) and decolic suspension (dicyclomine) are anti-spasmodics and generally used for acute stomach pain.
But in my opinion,drotin suspension would be more effective and also your doctor has prescribed it then I would advise you to go with drotin suspension.
It will certainly be helpful to your child.
Let me know if your child has any other symptoms apart from stomach pain.
