Does High Vitamin B12 Level Cause Diarrhea?

Question: can high b12 levels (1807) cause diarrhea? we have just received lab results showing the high b12. 12 months on various trial and error treatment for IBS, acid refluxe, bad bacteria in the gut, (you name it)
I am at my wit's end..

- Black stools
- Abdominal pain
- Nausea/Vomiting
- Frequent urination
- Changes in urine color
- Diarrhea
- Itching

- Some researches have shown that it may cause cancer because Vit b12 stimulates cell division AND at the same time it can no differentiate between normal and abnormal cancer cell so it may cause increased division of cancer cells as well.
