Question: Does hiatal hernia. Cause. Bleeding. .??? I am anemic. Also. Have fereheme infusion. 2-3. Months

No, it does not. However chronic stomach inflammation due to hiatal hernia can cause it.
At your age, anemia can be caused by colon cancer or stomach cancer. That is why you definitely should have colonoscopy (extremely important) and gastroscopy done.

Thanks. For answer. Had. Colonoscopy. 3 yrs ago. Took out a polyp. Told me to come back. In 10. Yrs. I will be going back to same dr For endoscopy.
