Question: My husband takes a blood thinner. Is it okay to give him fish oil containing herring roe extract?

Herring roe extracts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids.. Two of the most important omega-3 fatty acids contained in fish oil are eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). They are cardioprotective and have no documented interaction with Blood thinners.

So yes, they can be taken.
