Indian black berry (Jamun) do not contain any thing that cause spots on new born.

It contains proteins, fat, calcium, phosphorus, fibers and ash.

It also contains high level vitamin A & C.

It is quite safe to enjoy Indian black berry (Jamun) during pregnancy.
