Does Excessive Masturbation Cause Pain In Abdomen?

I have had an excessive masturbation and watching porn for one, so I can tell that I had 20 masturbation. So I have been experiencing with having pain under my belly, and it would changes places; for example, sometimes, I have pain on my left or right. I can tell that the pain is upper my penis.
So what do you think that it could be?
And what should I do?

If it does then you should see a Doctor and get an Ultrasound done and also a Urine test. I think you would be ok after a weeks rest.
