Brief Answer:
No effect of water intake.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
No need to worry if you are taking more water. No effect on anti tubercular drug with higher amount of water intake.
It certainly hamper absorption if you take less water but no need to worry if you are taking with more water.
And it is better to take drugs before food for better absorption.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Yes, this is fine. Infact you should drink at least 1 glass of water in total when you are taking four tablets. More than 1 glass of water will not cause any problem in absorption.

Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Since you were not having any respiratory symptoms, no need to worry for chest x ray findings.
Sometimes over reading of chest x ray is done but if patient is asymptomatic then nothing should be done.
Your lymphnode size is also decreased, so treatment is also working.
Can you send me pictures of x ray films?
This would be of great help.
