Brief Answer:
yes...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

weight loss depends on energy equilibrium, that is caloric intake (your meals) and caloric expenditure (your physical activity mostly). I can't rate your physical activity or how many calories you spend each day or your caloric intake... Also please take into account that the body weight has to be measured under certain circumstances (when the bladder, stomach and intestine are empty and undressed) so the results would be comparable. Another factor to consider is water losses. For example if you do a lot of aerobic exercises then your body looses water fast. If you measure your weight right after exercise you may find it lower than the real one because too much water is lost. This water will be replenished later and the body weight will seem to rise again.

Finally you should be loosing around 1500-1800 calories per day more than your current caloric intake to achieve such a fast weight loss. This is very easy for top-athletes but I'm not sure it's equally easy for the rest of the population!

I hope you find my comments helpful!
