Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

First of all I like to inform you that yes, there is a relation between vitamin D3 and anxiety. The relation between vitamin B12 deficiency and anxiety is not direct there is indirect evidence which suggests that anxiety symptoms are more severe while someone is deficient with vitamin B12. In addition, even the hypothyroidism is strongly related to anxiety and depression.

Secondly, your symptoms need cognitive behavior therapy in addition to medications. There is a good chance that a combination of medication and psychotherapy will yield more positive results.

Hope I have answered your query.

Brief Answer:
Yes they are required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Considering the current level of vitamin B12 and vitamin D3, there is a definite need for supplementation. In case this has not been done till date, you need to start them as early as possible after consulting your doctor.
