Does Consumption Of Fruit Salad Before A Blood Test Affect The Eosinophil Count?

Question: Hello.I needed to bring down my eisonophil count from 10 percent to under 6 due to a job medical test requirement.I consulted with doctors and tried medicines such as banocide forte,zentel 400 mg,and hetrazan 100 mg.nothing worked .finally as said by a doctor I started taking predinisolene steroid with 10 mg for 3 days ,7.5 mg for 3 days and finally 5 mg for last 3 days.I also avoided diary products and wheat from my diet and since last 1week the count came under 5 percent.Yesterday also during check eisonophil count was normal.I accidently took fruit salad tonight and came to know that it has milk content.My test is scheduled for tommorow and I am concerned whether my count will increase.I am presently taking steroid medication.please advice
