Dear sir, greetings from HCM, yes great to hear that you are dedicated to loose weight and prevent diabetes. You are adopting the lifestyle changes that us good and do continue that. Regular exercise and yoga with pramayama will bring lots of changes . Your diet chart looks great but need to add more green leafy vegetables and fruits. Apple and almonds please do not stick to one kingmd of fruits, vegetables or nuts . You must keep changing better to have fresh ones and seasonal items. Roti also can be made of different millets as they are rich in minerals and fibers . Especially ragi. Keep changing the nuts also reduce quantity. Add some sprouts, egg and fish . Which gives you more proteins. Please keep checking your lipid profile, thyroid profile, HbA1c, every 6 months. Thanks for asking your query wish you all the best
