Brief Answer:
No serious interaction...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Both these drugs are relatively safe and have no serious interaction between the two.

Caltrate, the calcium and vitamin D supplement is well tolerated by most people. No serious side effects are reported yet with this supplement. However aspirin may cause some indigestion and abdominal pain. It may sometimes cause changes in your stool color. You should watch out for severe abdominal pain and dark tarry stool formation. Similarly watch out for nasal bleeding or blood in stools. See your doctor if any of those aforementioned symptoms occur.

Hope this answers your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.
