I had a tragedy in my life recently. I can't seem to focus on healing and I want to but can't because I am obsessed with knowing how I can stop my pain. I feel if I know how to put an end to my life and not use a gun, I can start focusing on healing and putting small goals on myself. This knowledge is only for comfort. I am seeing a counselor and have every hope to get through this. But I desperately need to have this information first. I really need to know this.

Yes, everyone has tragedies during their life time. I am not planning on ending my life, I just want the knowledge to help me feel like I have a life line. I was truly hoping for an open minded answer instead of the typical listen to music, do things with your friends, and so on. Everyone's life is different and they should have choices. Again, if I really want to take my life I have a gun. I'm just trying to stop my obsession and I don't believe in drugging myself to get through the pain. If you knew me maybe you wouldn't be so flip. I really thought you would be kind and helpful. I should learn by now never tell the truth.

Brief Answer:
yes thats true

Detailed Answer:
But I can give u an answer that's medically relevant. Medical ethics forbid doctors from providing certain informations. I can't specify the drugs that potentially harmful.

Further it is close to impossible for a doctor online to pull some one out of depression. I can only guide you towards the treatment. Typical questions have typical replies. I dont know you personally and so you do. People who deal with me are never let to think negative thoughts.

Every body has different life amd different choices, you have to look for your choices I can't do that for you. Since you said you don't want pain, my suggestions to use lorazepam before bed ask seek a doctor for other medicines. I am convinced that I provided you a medically correct advice. You need psychologist councelling too. So see a councellor.

Thank you. I do understand that you can not just come out and tell me what drugs will do the trick. Again my obsession is making me do things that make no sense. That is why I can't focus on doing productive things. I am seeing a counselor but that can only help so much. I apologize if I was rude. I was putting you on the spot and it is hard to hear the tone in someone's reply in writing. I am afraid that my obsession will make me take these drugs and I may not succeed in going to sleep but cause myself permanent damage. I know if I take to many Oxcodones at one time that I will probably throw up. My thinking is taking a small combination of all the drugs I mentioned with alcohol. You see I just can't stop thinking about this.

Brief Answer:
its perfectly ok

Detailed Answer:
I know its tough to concentrate on things and once you start deflecting towards negative. But you'll have to start it. DO NOT try these drugs with alcohol. Never do that. Its not good. You'll be in bad shape. Neither would your motive be served and nor will you feel comfortable. The best way is take lorezepam at night, duloxitine at 11 a.m. and try diverting your mind. Take care.
