Question: Hi! What can i eat if i have carotenodermia and i am pregnant in 1month !can it XXXXXXX for the baby?

Usually carotinodermia should not have any harmful effect on the pregnancy.You need to avoid foods like carrots,beetroots,oranges,squash XXXXXXX leafy veggies,etc.But you need to see your OB so that some basic tests like liver function tests can be done to determine whether liver is ok.
Just healthy,stay healthy,stay fit.
You can consult a dietician to chart a meal plan for you if you are confused about what to eat.
Antenatal visits are a must.
