Brief Answer:
Methylxanthine

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I understand your concern.
Breast tenderness, tingling sensation etc can be seen due to hormonal changes usually.
Sometimes excessive intake of caffeine can also lead to tingling sensation or tenderness due to the presence of methylxanthine in caffeine.
Methylxanthine leads to dilatation of small blood vessels in the breast which can lead to tingling sensation, tenderness and engorgement of breast.
Decreasing the caffeine intake can reduce the severity of the problem.
Take care.
