Question: I threw up very thick vomit and at the end i felt my throat start to hurt and then burn which led to a little bit of blood in my throw up. Now there is a horrible big lump in my throat and painful to swallow. Did i tear my esophagus?

You have a possible gastroesophageal reflux disease with esophagitis since you complain of lump in the throat and painful swallow.
I would advise you to get an upper GI endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis.
You can take prilosec for relief.
