Before I try to answer your question, I would like to know how much bleach are you talking about and how do you think that the bleach entered the blood? If the bleach was used to clean the skin and it was not dry when the skin was pierced, I do not think that it would be something to worry about.

The antioxidants in blood would neutralize its action.

Detailed Answer:
The small amount of bleach that you mention would have very less amount of chlorine in it. Even if some of it enters the blood stream, it will get diluted in the blood and is not likely to affect the immune system or the vaccine concerned. There are antioxidants in the blood that should successfully neutralize the effect of the chlorine.
