Question: Hi doctor, I have diagnosed with bilateral endometriotic cyst , measuring left :1.5*2.1
Right:5.1*4.5 am married 11 months ago....trying to conceive ...doctors are suggesting for lapro... So please give me the right suggestions...

2) Before going ahead with laparoscopy get another ultrasound scan done and see a fertiltiy doctor to confirm endometriosis and its size.

Thanku very much for your kindly reply sir...what about the fertility rate after lapro...how about adhesion n scars??? Still I didn't do tubal patency...sir any other time where i can meet. Even am a doc...am not in XXXXXXX its 100km away. So kindly reply with all the positives and negatives.

Tubal patency can be tested during laparoscopy

Hello Dr. XXXXXXX

There will be good fertility rates after laparoscopic removal of endometrioma. Because endometriosis can lead to infertility.
About the adhesions, it is inevitable to have them after a surgery, but it is a lot better than an laparatomy.

You can get tubal patency test while doing laparoscopy. Hence HSG is not required as of now.
