Posted on Sat, 11 Nov 2017
Question: Lately, I have been having problems typing words correctly and saying phrases incorrectly, for instance, swapping "he" for "she" and vice versa. When I am usually typing words for example instead of typing the word writer, I'll type wirtre. This is happening with increasing frequency.

Brief Answer:
You need to get an MRI of brain done

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I would need to ask you to visit get an MRI of brain done. Your presentation could be due to lacunar infarcts or due to some problems involving the blood flow to the brain. If the brain areas are affected, coordination between the various areas of the brain may lack and that could give rise to the sort of presentation you are describing.

Please upload the report once you get the MRI done. Depending upon the report you might need to visit a neurologist and get a neurological evaluation done.

Let me know if I could help further.
