Does Apple Cider Vinegar Help Manage Typhoid Infection?
Question: Does apple cider vinegar really help in typhoid. If taken after 10 days of alopathic medication to clear off the guts, will it have any negative side effects?

I took 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar with 2 spoon honey in one glass normal temperature water. Thought got rid of constipation but have been feeling uneasy since then. Mild fever returned and felt spleen and liver getting enlarged again. I hope the infection is not returning. Could you please clarify. I am worried. Can this lead to relapse?

Its unlikely for the infection to have returned with apple vinegar and honey.
Since your symptoms do point to residual infection,I advise you to have an Ultrasound abdomen and Blood Widal test for the detection of the same.
With these tests we can detect the relapse of typhoid quite easily.
You have so far used the right medications .
The need for further medications may arise based on test results.
Even in the absence of infection ,the liver and spleen may stay enlarge and its resolves slowly with time say 2-3 weeks.
