Does A Root Canal Treatment Cause Serious Speech Problem?

Question: As shown in the photo, i have a protruded teeth. want to get it replaced with dummy teeth. the local doctor suggested root canal then the ceramic dummy team of 3M company. please advice would this lead to change of voice/difficulty in speaking certain syllables or any side effects by this process.

please advice if its ok to go through this process and would there any side effects. any difficult in speaking/change of voice.

I have viewed the images and here is my advise.

Well, Root canal treatment followed by capping can help you and it does not cause any serious speech problem..

Initially it can take some time to adjust with the changes but gradually it will be fine..

CAN you please tell me that how many teeth are advised for capping, is it only front two teeth or more?
-Also are you interested in braces or just quick result of treatment?

>> doctor has told they have to start the the treatment to be sure. they would start with front two teeth and might be complete 4 teeth in the front.

i had braces 10 years ago and my teeth has again relapsed so i dont want to go through braces again. are there any long term side effects if i go for quick result of treatment?

Hi..
You can go for capping but first root canal will be done..
It is a process of making teeth dead by removing nerves and blood vessels..

So I personally do not advise my patients to go for root canal treatment especially for healthy teeth..

But in case if you wish to go for it then also there is not a big problem and you can proceed with it..

But braces is the treatment of choice for misaligned teeth and there is a relapse if retainers are not worn for sufficient time while some individuals need to wear braces for lifetime..

So now you have both aspects and can decide accordingly..
