Does A Clear Mole Changing To Red Necessarily Mean Melanoma?

Question: My question is I have a mole that is usually clear on my leg until i am active or cause trauma to it, it fills with blood. Then recedes after awhile? Could this be cancer?

its about one mm in diameter. It has only bled because my cat scratched it open. never at any other time.
