No direct effect.

Dear sir
1. Wysolone or predinisolone has no direct effect which can increase heart rate. Their can be indirect mechanism but that depends upon the duration of usage and circumstances associated. for example long term therapy with wysolone can increases susceptibility to infections which when occur , will be associated with increased heart rate.
2. At times short term side effects like gastritis can be associated with increased in heart rate.
3. Precipitation of heart failure by long term therapy is susceptible individuals may also be associated with increase in heart rate.

1. Heart rate between 60-100 beats per minute is normal, unless you have some symptoms/ trouble because of it. For an asymptomatic (without any trouble) patient it is perfectly fine.
