Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Bile duct recurrent blockage with no gall bladder should be managed supportively at age of 86. Ursodiol is a bile salt and helps with the saponification the process of breaking fats initially attributed to bile and with cholecystectomy it decreases so supplementation with bile salts is advised.

They can consider keeping a stent in the biliary duct and main bile duct to prevent recurrent blockages. Diet lifestyle adjustments like small frequent meals, avoiding dairy and fatty products will help. Talk to your doctor and let them decide what is best for you.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
